Tuesday tummies

Sorry for the lack of posts these past few days. We have moved and had to organize ourselves somewhat. It wasn't just a case of moving in like with our last exchange. We have missed you!



So today I would like to share with you a recipe tht I call POWER BALLS because they are full of POWER!

 
 All you need is some condensed milk,1 tin.


Melted chocolate about 200g



jam that a freind of yours may have made herself!

and biscuit crumbs! Of 1 packet of biscuits around 250g


 After this just add whatever you have on hand as far as nuts and seeds go. You can add dried fruit as well and oats for more consistancy which is what I do. So easy and you can store them in your fridge or freezer.

Mix it all up and form small balls with the palms of your very clean hands.




Roll the little balls into cacao powder, or Ovalmaltine or oats or whatever you think might be nice!!
